Hi..I use Gmail, is there a way when you delete an email from your computer and the Email will be automatically deleted on your iPhone? and when you delete an Email on your iPhone and the Email will be automatically deleted in your email account? Thanks.

Yes, set your gmail account on your computer (via the web) to IMAP, set your gmail account in whatever desktop mac mail app you use as IMAP, set your iPhone gmail account as IMAP instead of POP3.
IMAP will function the way you need it to. You can read and delete (even move) emails on your computer and it will also happen on your phone and vice versa. If you use gmail on the web and you do not use a mail client then clearly skip that step.

Turn on IMAP on the gmail web site, yes, but rather than using IMAP on the phone, set it up as an Exchange account and turn mail 'Push' on. See here:

This works the same as IMAP (In-box and folders will sync), but you'll get the emails on your phone instantly because of Exchange's Push technology. Once you set up the Exchange G-Mail you can go back in an erase the POP G-Mail account you already have on the phone. (Just make sure you have all the messages you need on the web version of G-mail, you'll lose anything that's ONLY in the POP version of Gmail on the phone.)
(If you use a mail program on your computer, just set that up with IMAP.)
