help deleting purchase history

hi does anyone know how to delete purchased app history from an iphone 5 without restoring it and i dont mean on i tunes as i could just use another id but there is some data stored on the iphone itself which i dont know how to delete that lets other apps know that certain apps have already been used on this iphone before. there must be some way to do this as i have been looking around on my iphone with ifunbox but to no avail as i dont know exactly what to delete please if someone could help i would be extremely grateful
