maybe download the IPSW from here
put it in DFU
option+restore and use the FW downloaded

are you sure you have your server direction in iTunes to apple and not saurik (cydia)?

my phone is not jailbroken so it only cant point to Apple right ? if i didn't change the sever.

Not necesarilly; if you or someone used tiny umbrella or edited iTunes on that computer then the servers could be changed.
