Help! Error 0xE800003E when updating Carrier

Anybody know what this is about? 😕 Verizon phones are getting this update.. itunes gives me this error when I plug it in and select update carrier package.

I have a verizion ip4 jailbroken via greenpois0n running 4.2.6. I dont have anything exotic installed, just the norms: winterboard, sbsettings, ifile, fontswap, pdanet, fakeclockup, fiveicondock, fiveiconswitcher, folderenhancer, iconrenamer, liveclock, lockinfo, nospot, startdial, weathericon, and some random themes.

I'd restart both computer and iphone and try again.
Maybe try to do it on the phone instead of itunes if you can.

When I try to do it on the phone it asks me to upgrade, and nothing happens. I go back in to general>about, it still says version 9.5 for carrier, come back out of settings, it pops up again asks me to upgrade, again.. nothing.

I have tried rebooting the phone and computer, no luck.
