Some "exotic" cards won't take the flash correctly. Did you get a card that was verified by someone else? If you don't know, then what is the exact brand and model number of the card?

you were right, when i opened the back plane, i found some strange different than the former one i had, so it should be an exotic one, i've already returned it, thank you so much.

Best to get a card that someone has already confirmed working. There are many, many confirmed cards to choose from.

If you can't find a confirmed card in France, then it's best to at least get a card that is as close to a "reference" card as possible, and also preferably from EVGA.

I flashed 2 zotac 680 4 GB no problem back in the day in case you're looking for 4 GB options. They look like the reference cooler just with additional vram.

Those were fun times. 2 680s in sli, an extra power supply. My Mac Pro never made more noise it's life xD
