Help Exporting iBooks Author Books?

Hi,

For some revision, I've made a 'mini-textbook' in iBooks Author that I can load on my iPad and quickly read up facts whilst revising.

However, whenever I export it or preview it (on both iPad 2 or Mac), I cannot find a way to show the cover or contents page.

Am I doing something wrong?
Any help would be appreciated!
