It's not made specifically made to be a diary but you can use fliq notes. I use it to keep app ideas.

Does it take forever for Fliq notes to open on you iPhone? On mine it does. I have an iPhone 3g. It is so slow on mine that I've stopped bothering to open it. I'm looking to either determine what's wrong, fix it, or get a different app. (I have 960 notes.)
