Help- find article on usage of GPS, email, contacts, Camera etc for smartphones

Hi - wondering if you could help -

I'm looking for some data - there was an article a while back about the actual usage figures for phones including the iPhone, for their maps, camera, email, SMS etc -

Does anyone remember it or have a link to this kind of data?

Can't find it offhand.

But if it helps, here's a link to a famous 2006 study about what people WANTED in their phones.

You'll note that Apple followed it closely for the iPhone, giving maps, searches, email, music (and even just still photos) priority.
