Help find this theme or its name

Could anyone possibly tell me the name of this theme? I've been trying to find it ever since I re-jailbroke my iPod Touch. I know its probably hard to see from this picture, but it seems I have actually deleted the screenshots of it from my iPhoto, but the thumbnails remain....Any help is appreciated 🙂
