Help finding a certain Bluetooth dongle for my car (Please read before replying)

I’m looking to add Bluetooth to my car without installing a completely new head unit. Something that plugs into an aux port perhaps. I know these are common but I was wondering if any of them work with the Apple Maps “Show Parked Location” feature? I’m having a tough time finding any that are confirmed to work with that.
