Help Finding Canon 16-35mm

I've tried finding the Canon L series 16-35mm Online but everywhere I look its sold out and the places I do find it is waaaaay overpriced.

Where am I supposed to buy this?

I live near the Seattle area, Can anyone recommend a camera store near here?

Regardless, Canon is experiencing difficulties as expected from the earthquakes so reports of low supplies are abound.

Amazon has a couple used copies for $1,600

Fred Miranda Buy / Sell boards have a few floating around for $1,300 - $1,500

Also try craigslist, I have gotten quite a substantial portion of my gear from craigslist with no problems.

my point exactly canon's website lists it at $1399. I think I'll try Ebay
