Help Finding my IDFA?

Hello. Can anyone tell me how to find my IDFA so I can opt out of a data collecting company I accidentally accepted? I tried the identifiers app and it said I didn’t have one. I’d really like to find it so I can opt out. I can’t find info anywhere on finding it. Thanks.
