Help finding RFID Apps

    I recently bought from thinkgeek a tikitag kit, which costs a fortune when you ship to Australia =(, in the hopes of making it do a few things. I didnt expect it to be so difficult to find apps/progs that would allow me to use the tags as i see fit. The whole system appears to be bound by an net connection.

    Does anyone out there know of any Aplications that maybe compatible?
    Features such as just simply reading the code on the tag or allowing me to attach an action (open itunes for example) to a tag is really all im asking for for now.

    You could also try the Violet Mir:ror which is an RFID reader that can do basic interactions. It also requires a net connection though.

    It's cheap, but if shipping is a major expense its also coming from Europe...
