Hello. I recently updated from snow leopard to mountain lion. Before i updated, when i opened up a photo folder in my external hard drive, in the lower left corner of the folder there would be a little slider bar that would zoom in the photo thumbnails in the folders. It made looking for a certain photo so much easier. I don't see that anymore and can't seem to find it. Would that option be gone? Thanks.

Here's how to turn it on in Yosemite and EC. IIRC, it's similar for ML.
View menu—>Shoe status bar while you're in the icon view in Finder.
