HELP!
I forgot my new (had to change it few days ago) password for iCloud/MobileMe and cannot access my account. I also can't remember the answer to the security question as I've entered it almost three years ago. 😱
The password in my keychain doesn't match the newly changed one.
I tried contacting Apple through the fast lane online, but I got nothing but empty screen in all my browsers during the process.
Is there a way to contact Apple CS via email?
Can I get into my account in any way?
Can Apple send me the password reset link to another email I have?
I'm not trying to hack into someone else's account, I simply was dumb enough to forget the pass and now I get locked out access and have to wait eight hours to try different pass combos I usually use on other accounts... 😱
I still have all my emails in the Mail app, but can't send/receive new ones and I'm afraid I won't be able to use any other service anymore... 🙁
