Hi,

I went to the Apple Store today to change my macbook as my old one had a problem with it. It had my Itunes library only £25 worth, but still, all my music I have bought in the last 2 weeks.

My question is, is there any way of getting all the music back.

I have my log in details and everything.

Cheers,

James

Call Apple Support at 1-800-APL-CARE (1-800-275-2273), and explain what happened, they are usually willing to re-authorize your account and let you download all your files again. Especially since it was their fault that your old computer was broken.
