Help! Having Back Plate Issues

Hello fellow Mac users,
Has anyone had mounting issues with the back plate of their uMBP? Mine has a slight movement. I can’t get it to sit solid after I switched my RAM. I used the star method of tightening the set of screws too.

What do you mean? When you touch the middle of the back plate, you can 'press it in' until it touches the 'insides'? I had that problem with a NEW 17" as well... as well as some other problem.. I got a refund. I'm pretty sure the back plate was bent or something 🙁

The right edge (when turned over) of the bottom plate on my 13" MBP does not sit flush with the upper along the lower third of that seam (about 1mm offset). It used to bother the hell out of me, and I spent way too much time trying to get it to sit perfectly. Not worth the effort. That plate is so thin and light, it looks like it'd bend in half if you looked at it wrong.
