iPod touch Help here pls :( (audio problem)

My ipod touch 4g has sound or audio problem 🙁 when i connect the earphone the music sounds no 1st voice i mean it plays the 2nd voice and instrumental only i dunno if what did i touch....then when i un plugged the earphones it sounds normal...so what should i do? pls help me 🙁

i already done it 🙁 but nothing changes 🙁

even the video dnt have sounds
