I'm trying to get wireless internet for my Ibook G4 laptop. I'm having a hard time trying to find out the basics- what I need, the best router, whether or not I need some sort of adaptor or not. I just bought a cheap D-Link G router and although it says I am connected, (i.e. it is reading the network in Airport) I still cannot access the internet (no webpages will open). I am wondering whether it is because I need some sort of adaptor? I have been on the phone all day but nobody, not D-Link nor Best Buy nor Rogers Yahoo, can help me. It is probably something really simple that I am missing, right? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...
