I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this but moving on.

My Father owns the root user account and has a web protection program on it and i have a standard user account, what I am trying to due is this.
I want access to sudo commands but not the ones that would allow me to delete or stop the program, like
Code:
sudo rm , sudo kill, sudo killall, sudo mv, ps -ax

I would also like to be able to use the bash, brew & cask commands as well.

I want to know if this is possible to do, by either allowing a standard user have access to specified commands allowed by the root admin account

or

make me a admin but have it so i can't delete, move, alter or halt the program if it was on the root admin's account, tl:dr super admin (root) be able to stop/prevent standard admin from touching their files?
