iOS [Help] How to change postion Tab Bar Controler to top screen ?

I don't believe you can. You would have to create a custom one using a UICollectionView. Personally, I try to make apps look native to the platform, i.e. having TabBars at the bottom using the native control, not using Hamburger menus etc.
