Help. How to tether usb to pc to use iphones data?

never know but to the op

the only way you can do this is to jailbreak it and install a tether app

keep in mind your pc must have wifi capability as that is the only way to emit the data for a computer to use

you can not treat the iphone as a usb wifi/3g dongle unfortunately
