If you mean the Apple case, yeah it's really tight, make sure you push it out evenly from both sides, it won't come out if it's a little crooked.

Yeah, it really starts loosen up after the first few tries.

I was having difficulty at first too but it eventually starts to become easier. I recorded a vid of the Apple iPad Case and the Incase Convertible Jacket Book. The Incase case is pretty sweet and actually has much more functionality and positional arrangements.*

Hold the edge and pull from the left.

After a few times it loosens up a little and becomes REALLY easy to put in and take out.
