Anyone having the same problem?
OUCH! Do not force it!
If you mean the Apple case, yeah it's really tight, make sure you push it out evenly from both sides, it won't come out if it's a little crooked.
BE CAREFUL! Likw i said
Here's hoping someone creates something better. This thing won't last long if you want to dock your iPad occassionally.
Don't worry, he's a gentle man
Oh, first hand experience?
Check the member handle.
got it out! A good case, but only if you plan to keep the ipad in the case permanently!
Here is a mod from a friend to make it fit in the dock.
Next time lube it up before you shove it in.
Good news is, it's much easier to get out after the first time.
Easy enough fix
Here's a whole thread about the iPad being difficult to take out of Apple's case:
The tight fit might have caused some of the aluminum bezel to chip off one of the times that I took my iPad out. I don't know if my iPad came like that, though.
I bet it's your first time trying to take it out.
Don't worry, it happens to every guy the first time.
Yeah, it really starts loosen up after the first few tries.
There's a joke in there somewhere.
Ok, I'm done now. About time for bed?
I was having difficulty at first too but it eventually starts to become easier. I recorded a vid of the Apple iPad Case and the Incase Convertible Jacket Book. The Incase case is pretty sweet and actually has much more functionality and positional arrangements.*

Just use a screw driver to pry it out.
Hold the edge and pull from the left.
After a few times it loosens up a little and becomes REALLY easy to put in and take out.
