Clicking the link usually won't get your device infected, unless the attacker is exploiting security loopholes which is uncommon.

This is most likely a phishing email, attempting to trick you into providing your login credentials. You should be fine if you did not submit anything to that page.

What can I suggest is to keep your iOS software up to date.

Yes i did not filled in any information and just closed the page before i seen what it was about, not 100% sure if it even got to load fully.

Thanks for advice i just did the latest update now that was related to 23 march release or so.

So for them to infect the units by clicking this is very low as i understand, and they must first break trough Apples security before it can spread out to my other units? Or is it enough to log into a Windows computer and risk infection?

Use Apple devices most online but for gaming i have to go with Windows and as i understand Windows is much more easy to hack.

Phishing Mail most probably yes. Is it a way to check or scan that i havent been infected by clicking this link or is it more common to have issues when downloads stuff etc?

iOS malware is relatively rare and usually target a Specific group of people. Those malware will not let you know whether you are infected or not easily, if at all possible.
As for this type of phishing email, the chance for infection is quite low so just move on with your life.
