Help, i deleted something i need!! can it be restored??

i delete my assignment by accident, and cleared the trash can not knowing it was in there. its due in tomorrow!! can anybody help me?? is there a way i can get it back??

Times like there are useful if you have a nice time machine backup. Then you could just go back in "time". I hope it was backed up

Try to use software like Data Rescue or FileSalvage.

stop using your computer immeditaly! writing any more files to disk which includes just browsing the internets may overwrite your file.

reboot into a clone and download and install a file recovery app and begin searching for the file. or download a file recovery app onto a flash drive from another computer and then run it from the flash drive.
