help!!! i get this every time i try to log in!!

every time I try to log into my mac the loading bar comes up for a few seconds and then it crashes and shows all this

every time I try to log into my mac the loading bar comes up for a few seconds and then it crashes and shows all this

Boot into safe mode (holding down shift-key while booting). See if the kernel panic happens when you login to your account in safe mode.

it seems like safe boot doesn't work
i hold down shift but this screen just comes up
