Help! I Need Ram On Ibook G4!!!!! I Want To Max It Out!

I have an iBook with the following specs:

I would like 2GB but 4GB would be far better.

The iBook G4 1.33 has maximum ram of 1.5 gb.
since you already have 1.5 gb, that's the limit anyway. the hardware won't go higher

If it's the 12 inch model, it has 512MB ram installed on the logic board.
You can get a maximum of 1.5GB if you put in a 1GB module.

But what if I put a 2GB stick in it?
