help! iCloud backup restored, but apps wont load/download

I get apps that partially download, and then they turn grey again. This happens for all of my ~200 apps. No third party app will download. Just partially the circle spinning and then it turns grey again.

Also my photo's won't be downloaded either.

WIFI? Or on celluar? Have you tried restarting it? When that happens to me Im usually at work in a crappy service area of the building.

restarting didnt help. another restore didn't work either.

Do you restore from iTunes via USB cable or via On Air ? Try from iTunes , should be faster.
Otherwise Just wait several hours / days. You have too many apps (200+) and obviously the download speed from apple server is not good. I had to wait 1 day waiting to finish with all apps installation.
