Hey people
I currently have an iMac classic .. the big blue bubble one as i heard it called today. Tad outdated but its what i have. It currently has Mac OS X on it. And it is a slot cd drive (was told this is good thing when dealing with the following problem.)
The problem i am running into is that i want to go wireless and all the computer stores around here are saying "that's impossible!!". Did find one computer person that said there is one way of doing it but its going to be next to impossible to find the parts and going to be expensive.
The two parts i was told i need to find are:
- Airport Card ( #M7600LL/E)
- Airport Card Adapter (#M8753G/A)
(numbers may have changed)
Would it be possible to go the USB port way as in with Firewire ?? Going this way i was told you need to write your own driver hence not accessible to average person.
Soo any of this true or is there an easy way (please please let there be an easy way!)
Help and thanks in advance.

ps. hope that made sense since not a huge tech savy person in general 🙂
