HELP installing CS4 on iMAC lion 1.7.3

Just bought new IMac. Running Lion 10.7.3

Tried to Install CS4 Premium from original CD's

Error message.
'You cannot install Adobe Creative suite because Power PC applications not supported'😡


Do I have any other options apart from buying an upgrade. Any suggestions gratefully received.🙂

Don't know what iMac you bought, but perhaps you can buy a copy of the older system software that will run CS4, assuming it will run on that iMac. You should check first, before you try that so you don't waste more money.

And if you buy an upgrade of Adobe's products, check for system requirements.
