[HELP] Iphone 14.2 erase photos and videos

hey guys, I need some help..

I've been updated my iphone xr from 13.x to 14.2.

after updating, half of my photos has been deleted and all the videos were gone..

I've checked in iCloud but nothing there (the space in the iCloud were full already from the first day I've bought the phone...)

did this happened to anyone or it's just me?

I've checked online some people posted that this happened to them too but non of them get any answer..

I've downloaded some apps like dr.fone and some others but non of them found anything..

please help!

Thank you for your answers, I’ve already used a recovery tool (dr fone and another one), he found nothing.. I’ve already logged in and out from icloud but nothing happened, it’s looks like the icloud synchronize himself after the photos deleted..
