sigh, never hit erase all settings on a jailbroken phone. You'll will have to restore now.
Find out with redsn0w which SHSH's Cydia has save for you.
Go to Extras/SHSH blobs/Query
take it from there
For the phone with ECID 547710287245 you can upgrade 6.01 and jailbreak untethered with evasi0n.
For the ECID 24328560116 can untether on 4.2.1
BUT
You can tether jailbreak on 6.1.3 on both devices with redsn0w
6.1.3 you can just put the phone in DFU and restore in itunes as it the currently signed firmware.
To tether jailbreak on 6.1.3 do this
Download 6.0 IPSW
In redsn0w go to Extras/Select IPSW and select the 6.0 IPSW.
Now go back to main menu and Jailbreak.
Resn0w is not updated for 6.1.3 so first you need to point it to 6.0 IPSW for it to work.

Thanks for saving my @55. So here's what i finally did:
1. Got it into DFU mode.
2. Tried updating it to iOs 6.1.3 (to tether update it later). This failed and gave an 3194 error.
3. Downloaded iOs 4.3.2 and updated it from iTunes after putting it in DFU. This worked.
4. Ran the backup and phone got restored.
5. Selected ipsw 4.3.1 in redsnow and jailbreaked it.
6. Cydia installed and phone working now.
Thanks a million. i just have one thing to ask.
How do i install an iOs later than iOs 4?
Download a later version of iOS and repeat from step 3.
Sorry but it is not working. Tried 5.1.1, 6.0, 6.1, 6.1.3. All give the same "error 3194"
Try download the firmware. Use redsn0w and put the downloaded firmware as the ispw for restoring.
error 3194 means your host file is not pointing to Cydia instead of Apple.
on your mac/pc type gs.apple.com in your browser, it should take you an Apple placeholder page.
If it takes you to Cydia you need to remove all entries with 74.xxxx from your host file and on a pc resart the pc.
If it does bring you to apple you need to use redsn0w to restore to 5.1.1 or later using Extras/even more/restore with the apropriate IPSW and loacl or remote blobs.
To go into DFU:
Have USB connected
Power off the device
Hold home and power together until the device turns on and than off again
keep holding both 3 more seconds
now release power while holding home for another 10 seconds
