I uninstalled an jailbreak app (it must have been important) and now my phone is just stuck in reboot sequences. It goes to the apple loading screen, crashes to black, flashes the apple again for a little bit and then crashes again, continuously. Is there anything I can do other than completely rebooting the into DFU mode?

try booting up and holding the volume up key. if that doesn't work, try rerunning evasi0n again

Can you be more specific with "what app did you uninstall?"..

It seen (based on your short description) it is encountering some type of kernel panic, you most likely would have to refresh it, however without knowing what did you remove it is hard to tell
