Help iphone is locked again!

I paid to have my iphone 'fixed' by this I mean that it was hacked and I was using it with T-mobile, it is the first generation Iphone. It was working fine until a couple of hours, when I connected the phone to the computer and a window pop up. Saying that there was new software for my Iphone, my dumbass said yes to the upgrade.
Once this was done, I noticed that my Iphone no longer works. it is locked. Only says that I can make emergency calls. I need help as to how should I proceed.

Re-unlock it. The only tool out for this is from the iPhone Dev Team.

I fixed and unlocked plenty of iPhones.

With ADs that try to sell unlocks all over this site and many popular sites, many people are bound to fall for it.

In this very thread in the bottom, it says I can unlock my iPhone for 30 Euros!!!! that's it?!
