Help iPhone won't show up in iTunes after AppTapp Install

I installed AppTapp on my AT&T phone version 1.1.1 and can't get it to show up in iTunes.

I thought maybe it was a Leopard issue and tired with Tiger and it iPhone will not show up. I've tried both iTunes 7.5 and 7.3 (different machines).

Also, I reset my phone by clearing out the data via the reset feature in the general settings. This didn't seem to help.

I just want to get back to the original state with no 3rd party apps.
