help!! is it difficult to install this Mount Holder Stand

I am a senior high school student from St. Petersburg, Russia, My mom’s birthday is coming up, I plan to buy this iphone/ipad Mount Holder Stand for her as birthday gift on alibaba, but now I worry I can't install it, who's using this stand in this forum? is it difficult to install?
