i bought my itouch 4g a few months ago and jailbreak it. it worked fine but i accidentally updated my ipod software last week and it became unjailbroken. so i attempted to jailbreak it again myself, and it was fine. when i turned it off tht nite and turned it on again the next day, it was stuck on the apple logo and the loading circle. so i restored it and rejailbreak it, but the same thing happened. wat shud i do?!!

The type of jailbreak you had was a tethered jailbreak. You should avoid turning the iPod off when using a tethered jailbreak. When you do turn it off you would have to reopen redsn0w/pwnage tool and select just boot tethered right now instead of Install Cydia when using the program. However if you didn't know what type of jailbreak you were using and how to boot it tethered I highly recommend you just restore it and don't jailbreak.

Let me know if what I said doesn't fix it.

P.S. Next time post this in the iPod Touch hacks section.

Sounds like a great endorsement for NOT jailbreaking . . . as if we needed another one.
