So some background, I am running an iPhone 5 w/ Evasi0n 6.1.2. Up until a few days ago, I had no issue with my phone, but today I noticed that my bluetooth no longer works:confused:(It dumped all my pairs and keeps giving me an "unable to pair" error when I try to pair my headphones again).

Anyway, I went to try and backup my phone so that I could try restoring, but I got the "iTunes could not back up the iPhone "iPhone" because an error occurred." issue. I tried backing up my phone on 2 other computers with the same issue, leading me to believe that it's something on my phone.

I have attempted removing all old backups from iTunes (which I made a backup of) with no luck, attempting this in "Safe" mode (By holding down the Volume+ button during restart), as well as all other basic troubleshooting functions with no success. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this issue?

"iTunes could not back up the iPhone "iPhone" because an error occurred." Is the exact message verbatim.

Well, I went ahead and restored my phone from an old backup and that seemed to do the trick. Still makes me wonder what was causing the issue though.
