HELP!! itunes wont open!!

Okay so I just updated my itunes to the new version last night...worked fine but now it wont even open, it just bounces once then nothing happens 😕
 
You got any iTunes hacks installed? I know a few folk had problems with iTunes after an update and using previous hacks.
