As the tittle, I need help how to Jaillbreak my Iphone 5 with ios 10.0.1?
If there is really no chance to jailbreak on ios 10.0.1, can I just downgrade my iphone 5 to ios 9?

anything please,,any way to jailbreak my iphone.

There's no jailbreak for 32-bit iDevices unfortunately, your iPhone 5 is a 32-bit. And no, you can't downgrade back to iOS 9.

iOS 7.0 to 7.1.2
iOS 8.0 to 8.4 (8.4.1 does NOT have a jailbreak)
iOS 9.0 to 9.0.2 (9.1 and above are 64-bit only)

It's been a while since February 2013 but I remember Evasi0n being quite easy. I will admit I was on 6.1 at the time though so maybe you are correct.
