HELP - jailbreak iphone locked up after upgrade

Iphone 3G OS 3.0 baseband 04.26.08
I upgraded my jailbreak phone through iTunes (I only know now that I shouldn't done it) and now it has an iTunes icon on the screen and I can only make emergency call...Please Help!!! and I'm a newbie too, so a step-by-step really helps...thanks...i'm so frustrating right now

That's what happens when you update a JB and unlocked iphone with itunes.
Now your only option is to install the ipad baseband to unlock and lose your gps function and the ability to restore to stock firmware.
