**iPhone 5 6.1-6.2.1, Boot Loop- Resolved For M!
After many hours, I found a solution, (thanks to awesome God)- after reading many times that people were told to restore or that the would have to wait for the next jailbreak (could be far off).
My particular issue:
I had installed some themes from winterboard. In winterboard I activated some themes and deactiviacted them and it started a boot loop:
Apple logo shows normal and bright, then dims down. Repeat. Lol.
If plugged in, you hear the vibrations and see the screen sometimes turn bright, then go back to dim.
I was apple to SSH (access files) into it via iFunBox even though it was looping, apple to hard reset, DFU mode and get into recovery mode- still in boot loop once I hard reset.
Tried:
I had try hard reset, by holding the power & home button and when it displays the bright apple logo, I tried holding the volume button to no avail. See below
When I did the second directions from "Option 1," below, this worked for me.
I recommend that you backup your original files!
I deleted:
/var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.LaunchServices-*.csstore
/var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installation.plist
(See Option 1 Below)
**Option 1:**
From:
http://www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comments/1dlm4e/iphone_5_stuck_a_boot_logo_please_help/
"First, try doing a hard reset (hold power+home for ~7 seconds), and right after it resets and begins to boot up, hold volume up. This should boot your device without loading Mobile Substrate if you are in a boot loop, which will then allow you to delete the offending tweak/app/theme. If this does not work for you (meaning that you are not in a boot loop), continue reading.
Using iFunBox or another desktop iOS file-system management tool, delete the file at /var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.LaunchServices-*.csstore. Then do a hard reset. After doing that hard reset, wait for it to boot. If it doesn't successfully boot within a normal time period (a couple minutes), do another hard reset while holding volume-up throughout the entire boot cycle (to prevent Mobile Substrate from loading).
If that doesn't work, delete the file at /var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installation.plist, then follow the same directions.
If that doesn't work, delete both files, and then do a hard reset while holding volume-up."
**Option 2:**
From:
http://www.reddit.com/r/iOSthemes/comments/1b4fdh/warning_sarif_and_themeready_are_putting_devices/
:
"Another person suggested that I rename the /Library/MobileSubstrate/MobileSubstrate.dylib file to "MobileSubstrate.dylib.bak" and reboot. That essentially does the same thing as holding the volume up button."
I didn't try this, although, it looks like it may work.
This is among many helpful things in this link. Other things may help in the link to get you out of the loop.
**Option 3:** Try Re-jailbreaking with evasion. Someone reported that it worked for them, from this loop in the iPhone 5.
**Option 4:** Could try to use iLEX R.A.T.
This is an app that is suppose to bring your device to a state right when it got jailbroken- essentially taking all the tweaks, themes, etc., and there settings & deleting them. This could solve the boot loop. It even helps restores the cydia apps apparently. problem as some have reported:

http://www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comments/1cutpe/suggestion_to_jailbreakers_everyone_with/ :
"ILEX R.A.T. stands for Remove All Tweaks. Basically this removes each and every installed app, tweak and dependency EXCLUDING the defaults from Cydia, so after you've jailbroken your device a while back, and you installed your hundreds of packages, it'll all be removed with a single command. Source"

You may be even able to SSH into and install it even if you are alredy in the boot loop
**For future (& good to know):**
Can use AptBackup & Appinfo from Cydia to backup packages lists, so you may know what you installed and the apps you installed. This would help in the event of a sudden loop, error or crash that could cause trouble.
**USe Ilex R.A.T.**

A person deleted the .plist and got out of the loop:
"Try a clean install by trashing the plist files for FE and Iconoclasm under var/mobile/Library/Preferences"

I got the bulk of the information from these links I provided- while adding some descriptions, so this text could be semi-independent of the links posted on this, just in case the links would go down.
Thank you.
