    Hi there,
I have constantly been getting a Kernel Panic Screen but have no idea how to read the log - anyone here able to decipher it? Also, I have that deathly grey screen with the question mark on top of a folder when I start up my computer every morning, but once I start it again it usually works. It's very slow and freezes up often. Has it come to it's end? : / Log is below, I appreciate your help!

Ha. That doesn't sound too good. At least it's all backed up... Crossing my fingers for some Apple gift cards for the holidays to buy a new laptop!

Wouldn't changing a $70 hard drive be cheaper? It's a simple job and you can upgrade to 500GB

Definitely! I had the hard drive replaced about a year and a half ago. I have some repeat problems that I fixed a while back too, such as the inverter board (Really cheap fix, I know).

But I'm being greedy and wanting to upgrade to the Pro. According to the buyers guide I should wait a little though.. just hoping this oldie can survive til then.
