    Hello everyone,
Ive got a problem with my mac pro and i thought you guys could help out a bit. I recently got a mac pro from my dad. Its all working fine. The only problem is that when my mac pro shuts down he sometimes wont boot up again. I have no clue what it is i tried everything that was on every other forum, but nothing worked. Ive got one nvidia 8800 gt graphics card might that be the problem? I had some trouble with my ram not fully working but i managed to fix that. I think it might be something with the power supply but i dont know how to check if it could be. Any help is appreciated.

I think that there is good chance that the 8800 died, so please try another graphics card, the 8800 gt is well known to fail.
It's the first thing to fail in these 3,1 Mac Pros, including mine.
