I've bought one of the new MacBook Pro with 13 inch and Touch Bar and have a few issue with the new butterfly mechanism, where the keys doesn't click as I would like.

I spoke to an AppleCare employer, and they turned me to one of the Apple Authorized, because we in Denmark has no Apple Store.

I have heard something about, that the MacBook Pro with Touch Bar is to complex to fix so they just send your old back and gives a new one.

Is that the same with the Apple Authorized our how does that work?

I'm not sure if you get a new one or an approved replacement but I understand that the new homogenised construction and gluing makes servicing very complex for things like KB or TB which you may of thought are simple to replace
