Help... Macbook Pro Unibody, question mark folder at start up

PRAM didn't help.
Installer CD and started Disk Util. but it doesn't see my hard drive.
I removed hard drive and attached to my desk top and Hard drive is fine.
Can anyone help please?

Thanks, but tried most of these.
UPDATE: I can install new hard drive and see it using disk util. but not my original hard drive. I can attach the original hard drive to desktop and see the drive and when I run the verify data, everything is ok and no repair needed. I still run the repair data but my macbook pro still can't find it.
