Help macbook wont turn on!!!

I was watching some youtube videos with 3 tabs open on my macbook andit froze and I started pressing buttons but nothing happened and I tried to touch everything on screen the cursor is still moving with a circle lollipop or rainbow and I closed my macbook and opened it and nothing happened and I tried to press the power button for 10 sec and even more but nothing happened and then I closed my macboom again and opened it and it shut down and then pressed the power button and I kept waiting and waiting but all I get is a stupid light kept on forever it is on the bottom of my macbook it is like a thin line with a white light please help
