Help! Mail keeps crashing!

My iphone 5s is jailbroken on 7.0.4 not sure if that has anything to do with it. But my phone keeps vibrating and every time I open up the mail app it tries to rebuild/resync my emails and then crashes. Would my solution be to delete my email accounts and add them back? I don't want to have to do that if I don't need to. Any ideas? Thanks!!
