Help: Make presentations for iPad?

Hello, i would like to create some presentations in the likes of powerpoint or some other based presentation (iWork, Opeoffice) and make it compatible with iPad. Is there some software or app to make this run beautifully or easily?
 
Simply use Keynote for the Mac or Keynote for iPad ($9.99) and you can create presentations that can be viewed on a Mac, iPad or a projector with a cable.
